One thing for sure in
life- there are some things we only get one shot at, doing it right. Preparing
for college, doing well in college-affects the future eats up time and money.
Take life serious in
general with work, relationships, and family. When you hear “life is short,” at
any age believe it to be true. One of the biggest responsibilities is raising
children. Be patient and take time to know them inside out, even when they
might be distant, not communicating. That’s when
you need to dig down deeper.
The love of your child
through adulthood should never pause, neglect, or stop. Often, it can be very
trying to help and maintain your connection with a
daughter or son. Be relentless all-in and pay close attention always. You only
get one chance to get it right, ultimately so, there are no do overs.
