It Takes Some Heart
Human grace shouldn’t be that far apart.
People as one need each other.
Disaster need not strike for all
To unite.
Living in a world where daylight
Turns into fright night.
All relatable quandary’s,
Social media, distrust, bias
Towards non-citizens, neighbors
Raising arms over political agenda.
Everyday people raise voices to
Create platforms to create change.
Many more populous versus
Political machines.
Look inside observing the
Sameness we all share.
Putting differences aside,
We breathe the same air.
Would it be a dare to unite
And not…beware.
