Gotta Know When

To play your cards.

Instinctively you can gain rewards

Keep them close at the ready

A steady hand is worth plenty.

Words or deeds are in your stable

Makes the moment very able.

If you’re asleep at the wheel,

At that point in time being

caught in the twine,

Undoubtedly, that lapse…will break the deal.
