 As a adolescent we're struggling with many nuances about life swirling around us.  At this most impressionable junction in time love lost is a major life lesson to come to terms with.  The duo of won then lost, leads us to confusion and self doubt.  We're searching to recover and heal and willing to pull out all the stops. Rebound dating, non- committal relationships and maybe even avoidance of any liaison, the lesson here is to go about your life being open minded clearing out any hang ups we might have.  As a result,  inevitably in due time when you least expect it almost out of the blue,  love will present itself.

Wholesome Post : Union Of Mind And Body

We've all heard about having balance in our lives.  At times it goes in one ear and out the other, but it's that one time where you hear it and it rings that bell in your mind to check it out.  We're  mostly so consumed with feeding our mind with thoughts of family, work and discovering new things in life that our essence becomes one sided...out of balance.  As a result, that heavy out of balance bring's us to a point of taking some action.  It's like the flip side of that 45 disc record, B side that should be listened to.  What we can discover is that by giving the body some care and attention, this actually bails out the load that the mind carries and evens out the playing field.  Unquestionably, mind and body perform better together in unison and harmony.  So, whenever you feel somewhat uneven check in to see which side needs nurturing be it a vacation, exercise or a more improved diet, give it that nourishment and walk the line of equal alliance for a better and well rounded life.

 Some thing's in life come the hard way, others come by the way of an easier course. When it comes to needing a helping hand, we often get tangled up in over thinking, caution and embarrassment and even shyness rule the moment.   These inhibitors almost always get in the way of simplicity.  The recourse is as obvious as, tomorrow always comes.  Have personal trust in the people around you and don't feel bashful in your asking.  Once you realize beating around the bush is time wasted, you'll find, " All you had to do...was ask," in the first place.

Optimistic Post: Waiting For The Phone To Ring

 This is something all to familiar in context and behavior, even if we try and talk ourselves out of it...always very difficult.  It may be a call you are waiting for from a job or a doctor and maybe the most personal, a call from a new romantic interest.  We wait and check our phone...nothing, it's common wisdom to carry on and when you least expect it, your answer will be conveyed. The anxious waiting seems like an eternity, it takes it's toll emotionally and sometimes physically. Go about your life, entertain distractions because eventually in the proper time frame the phone will ring and hopefully your patient mind set will be rewarded with the anticipated connection you've been longing for.

Parody Post: Too Hot To Handle

 Oh some times in life we are tossed an issue that is hot.  Sometimes too hot and we want to flip it out to where it came from or else out into the universe, never to return!  At first, you're unwittingly mentally ready to deal with the matter of contention.  You drop it(ignore it for awhile), you pick it up again and it still has heat.  Maybe...pick it up with heavy duty heat resistance gloves, not feeling the heat and a remedy will come your way.  No, not the answer either.  Eventually, the answer strikes you like a lightning bolt, this is way too hot for me, I'll change the handle (heat resistant) take a long cool stroll outside and ponder on the answer to the fiery bewilderment.

Fusion Post: A Rude Awakening/ One Side Or The Other

A Rude Awakening

Life does not pull any punches when it comes to teaching us life lessons.  We have to be aware and think objectively to put forth an effort towards a resolution.  Usually during a typical lesson, we do have some control over the circumstance.  As time moves along with little or no input, we become less in control and turning towards being at a disadvantage.  To avoid this, turn off events that are happening around us, staying timely keeping the discipline factor in charge to avoid the usually merciless, rude awakening.

One Side Or The Other

We hear it often pick a side, can't sit on the fence, it's either one side or the other.  Choosing sides, opinions  and decisions most times needs a timely response.  It can't be avoided and it has it's consequences one way or the other.  Keep an open mind, form your determination because if you don't...one side or the other will choose it for you.
