It’s not always some fun;
hence you say:
“Offering help my
friend!”
During a stirring chat
with any good friend
I can tell when a favor
is needed.
Friendly neighbor:
Collect my mail for the next few days off,
To diffuse… Days gone
by,
it is done.
Friendly co-worker:
Can you cover my shift,
I’m behind in school?
The day draws down, it
is done.
Family tie:
Provide patronage for
our little one, a night out
Is imperative.
Coverage is completed;
it has been done.
When something is
“said,” in a case of a need,
It very well has a
purpose, to solicit a helping hand
From someone of trust.
Listen with an open heart,
understanding their position.
Comply if you will, always
remember your word and principles
Are on display.
It surely embodies the spirit
to be the one,
That follows the
“said,” and gets it “done.”
